When you use RebrandAid, we collect the information you give us directly — things like your name, email address, company name, and the project briefs and brand assets you share with us. We also collect payment details when you subscribe, though those are handled securely by Stripe and we never store your full card number.

We also collect some information automatically, like how you interact with our website, so we can keep improving it. This includes IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source.

How We Use It

We use your information to run the service, deliver your requests, process your subscription, and make RebrandAid better over time. We may occasionally send you account-related emails. We don't send marketing emails without your consent, and you can opt out anytime.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your personal information. Full stop.

We work with a small number of trusted third-party services to run the business — including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Cal.com for scheduling. These providers only access the data they need to do their job and are required to keep it secure.

Your Content

The brand assets, briefs, and project files you share with us belong to you. Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables we create. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely foolproof, but we take this seriously.

Your Choices

You're in control of your data. You can update your account information at any time. If you'd like to delete your account and the data associated with it, reach out and we'll take care of it. You can opt out of any marketing emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of them.

Children's Privacy

RebrandAid is intended for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us their information, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know — either through the site or via email. Continuing to use RebrandAid after changes means you're okay with the updated policy.
