1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RebrandAid's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RebrandAid provides unlimited marketing and design services on a subscription basis. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Web design and development
  • Logo and brand identity design
  • Marketing materials and collateral
  • Social media content and management
  • SEO and content creation
  • Print and digital design

3. Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscription: You agree to pay a monthly fee of for access to our services. This subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

One Request at a Time: We process one request at a time to ensure quality and timely delivery. Additional requests will be queued and processed in order of submission.

Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver reasonable progress or completed work within 48 hours on average, though complex projects may require additional time.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a monthly basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing period.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Pause Option: You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During the pause period, no new requests will be processed, but you retain access to previously delivered work.

6. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables created for your project.

RebrandAid Rights: We retain the right to display work in our portfolio and use it for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Assets: We may use stock photos, fonts, and other third-party assets in your projects. You are responsible for ensuring proper licensing for continued use.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear, detailed briefs for each request
  • Provide necessary brand assets and guidelines (if applicable)
  • Use deliverables in accordance with applicable laws
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

8. Revisions and Feedback

We include unlimited revisions for each project until you are satisfied with the final deliverable. Major changes or new concepts may require a new request.

9. Limitation of Liability

RebrandAid's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RebrandAid from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

12. Communication

All communication will be conducted through our platform or designated communication channels. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where RebrandAid is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
